This privacy notice applies to the personal data (the latter being understood as “any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person”) processing activities as carried out by the IGC Advisory (“IGC”, “Controller”, “we”, “us”) throughout the use of the website www.igcadvisory.com (“website”) by its online visitors (“you”).

As part of the activities conducted by IGC within the website management, IGC collects, stores, transmits, shares, assesses personal data relating to you. For these reasons, IGC is committed to being transparent about how it collects and processes that data and to meeting its data protection obligations.

CC is a group of professionals who are located and operate in different jurisdictions around the globe. Therefore, online visitors are advised that their personal data may be shared among professionals who may be located in extra-EU/EEA jurisdictions.

What are the legal bases for processing?

Your consent materializing as soon as you decide to submit a contact form within the website;
IGC’ s legitimate interest to:

Who are we going to share your personal data with?

CC may share your personal data within its network of professionals.

What is the retention period of your personal data?

CC will keep your personal data for up to two years from the time of commencement of interactions between you and us (e.g. the date of submission of a contact form via the website), after which your data will be removed from the system. During such a period, IGC may contact you should any opportunity to service you arise.
